ABOUT THE BAR
The white jaguar is perhaps the rarest of all big cats. It is not a different species than it's colorful counterpart, but instead is a result of albinism. White chocolate is similar: it is typically made from cacao butter with the colorful solids removed (and replaced with milk and sugar). However we wanted to reinvision white chocolate. Instead of swapping out cacao solids for milk solids: we've used Pataxtle (aka Jaguar Cacao), a cousin to the cocoa tree which makes this chocolate blonde! Pataxtle is rich in minerals, Omega 9's, amino acids and a touch of naturally occurring caffeine. Unlike highly processed milk powder, pataxtle is a nourishing super food. White Jaguar a whyte chocolate with nothing missing. Enjoy as fuel for your next jungle trek or to simply relish in luxurious comfort.
